What We Offer
Maanlo curates and delivers:
- Fresh flowers (bouquets, arrangements, stems)
- Freshly baked cakes (classic, photo, eggless, midnight options)
- Chocolates & hampers (festive, premium, personalized)
- Personalized gifts (mugs, cushions, frames, name keychains)
- Corporate gifting solutions and festive combos
Our network covers pan-India, combining our Delhi NCR fulfillment hub with a verified vendor network via Shiprocket and other courier partners. Same-day and midnight deliveries are available in select metros.
Third-Party Fulfillment
To ensure freshness and speed, many gifts are prepared by local florists, bakers, or artisans in your recipient’s city. We maintain strict quality standards, though we may not manufacture every product ourselves.
What We Don’t Guarantee
Delivery to every PIN code or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (weather, strikes, traffic, or courier delays).
🛒 2. Order Process & Acceptance
- Order Placement: Choose your product, add to cart, and complete checkout with accurate sender/recipient details.
- Confirmation: After successful payment, you’ll receive an email/SMS confirming receipt of your order.
- Acceptance & Contract: A binding contract forms once your order is verified and dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch if:
- The product is unavailable/out of stock,
- Delivery location is non-serviceable,
- Payment fails or appears fraudulent,
- Address/contact details are incomplete,
- There’s suspected misuse, bulk purchase, or violation of these Terms.
If cancelled before dispatch, the payment will be refunded as per our Return & Refund Policy.
💳 3. Pricing & Payment
- Currency: All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST unless specified.
- Payment Methods: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, processed securely via Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant).
- Billing Errors: Any mispricing or transaction error will be corrected; affected orders may be cancelled/refunded.
- Coupons & Offers: Valid only per stated terms; cannot be clubbed unless specified.
- Invoices: GST-compliant invoices are auto-generated once the order is confirmed.

- Same-day delivery in select metros (order by 4 PM).
- Midnight delivery (order by 8 PM previous day).
- Standard pan-India delivery: 2–4 business days.
- For perishable items, one failed attempt completes delivery; redelivery may not be possible.
- Delays from weather, traffic, or courier disruptions are outside our control, but we’ll keep you informed at every stage.

Summary:
- Perishables (flowers, cakes, chocolates): non-returnable once delivered.
- Personalized items: non-returnable once production starts.
- Refunds/Replacements: issued if the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or delayed due to Maanlo’s error; claim within 24 hrs (perishables) or 48 hrs (non-perishables) with photo/video proof.
- Refund Timeline: 7–10 business days after approval.

All content — text, designs, images, code, and trademarks (“Maanlo,” logo, Khushiyon Ka Address) — is owned by Maanlo (OPC) Private Limited and protected under the Copyright Act 1957 and Trademarks Act 1999.

Customer Uploads:
