Still, sometimes things don’t go as planned. When that happens, our promise is simple: we’ll make it right — quickly, kindly, and fairly.

When You’re Eligible for a Refund or Replacement

We’ll gladly process a refund or replacement if any of the following occur:

Wrong product delivered – e.g., wrong cake flavour, different flower type, or incorrect personalization.
Damaged or spoiled product – wilted flowers, smashed cakes, or broken hamper items.
Missing items – incomplete combo or hamper delivery.
Quality mismatch – product not matching website photo or description.
Delivery delays caused by us – missed same-day, midnight, or chosen time slot.

Reporting Timelines

  • Perishable items (flowers, cakes, chocolates): report within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Non-perishables (hampers, personalized gifts): report within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Proof required: Clear photo or video evidence of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Claims without proof cannot be processed, as this helps us maintain quality and fairness across all partners.


When Returns or Refunds Aren’t Possible

Some items can’t be reused or resold once delivered, so returns/refunds don’t apply in the following cases:

❌ Fresh flowers, cakes, or chocolates once successfully delivered.
❌ Personalized or custom-made products (photo mugs, cushions, frames, name keychains) once production begins.
❌ Incorrect address, contact details, or delivery instructions provided by the customer.
❌ Recipient refusal or unavailability at the time of delivery.
❌ Minor colour or design variations due to lighting, display, or artisanal craftsmanship.
❌ Delays caused by external factors (weather, strikes, traffic, or courier disruption).

Every Maanlo gift is handcrafted and unique — small variations are a mark of care, not defects.

If your claim is approved, you can choose one of the following resolutions:

1️⃣ Free Replacement – We’ll resend a fresh item at no extra cost (subject to availability & location).
2️⃣ Refund to Source – Processed to your original payment method (card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
3️⃣ Maanlo Wallet Credit – Instant credit for your next order, processed within 24 hours.

Processing Timelines

  • Refunds to source: 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Wallet credits: within 24 hours.
    (During peak festive periods, bank processing times may vary slightly.)

A Note on Vendor-Fulfilled Deliveries

To deliver across India, Maanlo partners with local florists, bakers, and artisans.
If an issue is reported, we may verify it with our partner before confirming your refund or replacement — ensuring fairness and consistency for all customers and vendors.

Our vendors are extensions of us — but your experience always comes first.


Policy Governance & Legal Compliance
